Set-Up / Dismantling Time

  • Set-up: Exhibitors and sponsors are expected to set up on November 3rd, from 09am to 4pm.
  • Operation: The exhibition will be open during conference hours, 4-5 November 2026.
  • Dismantling: Exhibitors and sponsors are expected to remove their equipment and material on November 5, after the conclusion of the conference programme and until 8pm.

Confirmation, Payment Conditions and Invoicing

Sponsorship must be confirmed using the registration form for exhibitors and sponsors. Whenever necessary, the Conference Technical Secretariat will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Invoicing and Payment

All purchase orders, if necessary, must be issued in the name of Portuguese Geotechnical Society (SPG):

Payments should be made by bank transfer and proof of payment sent to the Conference Technical Secretariat.

If necessary, it is advisable to make three-party contracts/agreements to include SPG as the entity receiving the support.

DEADLINES

Sponsorship payments must be made upon receipt of the respective invoice. It is recommended that payment is made in a single 100% instalment, as a condition for the allocation of the sponsorship.

Sponsors/Exhibitors confirmed less than 60 days before the Congress must proceed with immediate payment of the total invoiced amount.

Cancellations

Any cancellation or change to sponsorship must be notified by e-mail to the Conference Technical Secretariat, accordingly, to contract agreement.

Cancellation Policy

  • Until 31/08/2026 – invoiced values will not be refunded.
  • From 01/09/2026- 100% penalty on the value of the contracted sponsorship.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to resell the space or other sponsorship items that have been cancelled.

Other Information

  • It is the exhibitor's responsibility to comply with national legislation regarding the display, advertising and distribution of flyers, as well as the promotion of any products or services.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of SUD Lisboa.
  • Sponsorship items and spaces will only be allocated once the form has been completed and the respective invoice issued.
  • Exhibition space and sponsorship items will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The allocation of exhibition space also depends on the requirements of the booth and the space available.
  • Conditions will be provided to support the technical exhibition on site; however, ITA Awards is not responsible for the materials placed there, the responsibility for preservation of which lies solely and exclusively with the exhibitors.
